Manifest

Primum Familiae Vini

our objectives.

THE SUCCESS OF A FAMILY COMPANY DEPENDS ON PASSING ON EXPERIENCE AND POSITIVE VALUES TO SUCCEEDING GENERATIONS

Mission

TO REPRESENT EXCELLENCE IN THE WORLD OF WINE, COMBINED WITH SUSTAINABILITY, FAMILY CONTINUITY AND INNOVATION

The PFV aims to encourage other family companies to continue their independent development and to demonstrate that a family business can be a powerful tool that responds to the social and environmental challenges of our time. The PFV is active in raising money for charitable causes.

Vision

ALL PFV MEMBERS SHARE A COMMITMENT TO THE PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE IN WINE AND A DETERMINATION TO PASS THIS PASSION TO THE NEXT GENERATION.

The twelve members of the PFV represent the distinctive voices and deep artisanal roots of generational family companies who are committed to the absolute quality of their wines, and all have a long history of dedication to their respective regions. Using their collective expertise, they work tirelessly to create the next generation of fine wines.

Values

A CHARTER OF EXCELLENCE, HERITAGE, AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.

Every year, the twelve PFV families meet to share viticultural and oenological knowledge and to exchange views on important topics ranging from climate change to economic challenges, as well as generational planning and how best to encourage family continuity. The PFV believe that the nurturing of wider values is essential for continuity.

Values such as pride in the family project, coupled with a determination to pass on the vineyards in even better shape than when they were received. To act as guardians for something that is greater than any individual, coupled with a determination to protect our precious environment.
