Primum Familiae Vini and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Asia are delighted to present a series of black tie Gala Dinners from May 12 to 17, 2002 at their hotels in Bangkok, Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai. Whether a novice or a seasoned wine connoisseur, this rare partnership of the world’s top wine families from Europe and America and four of Asia’s top hotels, will immerse anyone appreciative of fine food and wine into a fun, festive and indulgent gala. A member of each Primum Familiae Vini family will be on hand to celebrate and represent their family property.

Primum Familiae Vini and Four Seasons Gala Dinners

The Four Seasons culinary teams in Bangkok, Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai will create their own gala dinner ensuring that the finest local ingredients and produce are showcased. The dinner will commence with a champagne reception and each course will be paired with two or three wines.
