The current range of Pol Roger Champagnes includes the following styles :BRUT NON VINTAGE
The definitive house-style, composed of some 30 bases
wines drawn from at least two vintages, and the three cépages of Champagne, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, blended in approximately equal proportions, one third of each. This, our most popular cuvée, is never
sold with less than 3 years maturity. It is a perfect complement to any Champagne occasion.
BRUT VINTAGE
Pol Roger reserve their declarations of a Vintage for years in which all the climatic, viticultural and
wine making components come together for the making of the finest Champagne. The Pol Roger Vintage Cuvée is traditionally composed of c.60% Pinot Noir, contributing tannins, flavour and "body" to the resultant
blend, and c.40% Chardonnay providing fragrance, delicacy and finesse. Pol Roger Vintage is a long lasting, robust style Champagne, well suited to drink with food.
The Brut Vintage 1993 is distinguished by a pale
colour and a lively, abundant mousse. The nose is powerful, appealing and complex, the palate perfectly harmonious, fresh, intense and lively with exceptional fruit.
BRUT CHARDONNAY
A speciality of the
Maison, this Cuvée is a classic Blanc de Blanc vinified exclusively from Chardornay grapes selected from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, where Pol Roger's finest vineyards are situated. This is a perfect
aperitif Champagne, to be consumed while comparatively young (ie. within 10 years of the vintage).

BRUT ROSE VINTAGE
A full-bodied, vintage Champagne, this Cuvée is a delight
to the eye with its delicate, salmon pink tones, to the nose with its fragrant bouquet of red, summery fruits, and to the palate with its predominant flavour of Pinot Noir. To the traditional blend of Pol Roger Vintage
is added c. 15% of still Pinot Noir from Champagne, from the same year, contributing not only the rosé colour but a further dimension of flavour and complexity.

SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL CUVEE
Sir Winston Churchill was Pol Roger most illustrious devotee and customer, and o close friend of 0dette Pol-Roger (Mme Jacques) and the Pol Roger family. It was fitting, therefore, for
the house's Cuvée de prestige to be named in his honour, and to be composed in the style which Sir Winston preferred: robust, mature and long-living. In describing the Cuvée, Pol Roger simply declare that it is composed
of the "best of the best": (only) the best grapes, drawn from the best vineyards and the best vintage years, a formula of which Sir Winston would have approved. Sir Winston Churchill Cuvée Vintage 1990 ...
